Frequently Asked Questions Section #1 : Shipping/Handling

1)Shipping/Handling Costs are calculated automatically by the shopping

-cart and are added to the final total at checkout. For customers ordering

-via check or money order, simply e-mails us with your location for a

-shipping quote.

2)International orders are most welcome, the shopping cart is not able to

-calculate international shipping. In some cases, especially with Canada,

-the ship costs are the same as within the USA. If the costs are more we

-will e-mail you with an international shipping balance request.

2a)Our carrier for international orders is USPS, and a variety of services

-are available ranging from EMS Express, AIRMAIL, and SURFACE MAIL.

3)Our main shipping provider for domestic orders is UPS. We have found

-them to be the most reliable and cost effective. Orders can be tracked at

-www.ups.com and further assistance may be obtained by calling

-1800PICKUPS

3a)USPS Priority Mail is also available upon request.

3b)WE WILL NOT USE FEDEX UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

1)Our shopping cart is the easiest way to quickly place an order using

-a credit card. Our cart is 100% secure and safe. No personal information

-is ever given out at any time, period. You may also call in your order

-over the phone. We accept Visa Mastercard Discover and American Express.

2)Check, Money Order, Western Union, Money Gram are also very

-acceptable forms of payment. Checks or money orders can be made

-payable to Digital Toys. Please note personal checks can take up to

-7 to 14 days to clear in some cases.

3)International orders please note all prices are in US funds only.

-No international personal checks can be accepted.

1)You may return for a full refund (shipping is NOT refundable) any item(s)

-that you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

-Please note that the item(s) must be returned in the original UNOPENED

-condition.
